Fresher Sales Executive – Real Estate Brokerage Firm

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fresher Sales Executive to join our real estate brokerage team. The role involves generating leads, handling clients, understanding their property requirements, arranging and conducting property visits, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain available properties, locations, pricing, amenities, and other relevant details to clients.
- Coordinate and arrange property/site visits for interested clients.
- Accompany clients during property visits and provide basic information about the property.
- Regularly follow up with clients after inquiries and property visits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client requirements, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Coordinate with property owners, builders, brokers, and internal team members.




- Identify potential sales opportunities and convert leads into site visits and successful transactions.
- Assist clients throughout the property selection and negotiation process.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and site-visit targets.
- Update daily sales activities and follow-up reports.

- Good client-handling and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for property/site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work toward targets.
- Hindi/Gujarati/English communication skills would be an advantage.
