Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end mortgage, home loan, and property loan processes.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and financial institutions for loan approvals.
- Guide customers regarding loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment requirements.
- Verify customer financial documents, property documents, and loan applications.
- Coordinate property legal, technical, and valuation requirements with lenders.
- Follow up on loan sanctions, agreements, registration, and disbursements.
- Ensure timely release of construction-linked loan disbursements.
- Coordinate with project, sales, accounts, legal, and documentation teams.
- Track pending cases, approvals, rejections, queries, and disbursements.




- Maintain accurate MIS reports for loan applications and collections.
- Resolve customer and lender issues related to mortgage loans.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lender requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor outstanding loan-related payments and coordinate for timely recovery.
- Support management in improving loan conversion and disbursement processes.

Pay: ₹35,619.33 - ₹75,538.89 per month
