Job Summary -The ideal candidate should have solid communication and interpersonal skills,



confidence in interacting with candidatesThe role will involve candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining an active candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities -

- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online discussions with candidates to understand their experience, skills, career expectations, notice period, and salary expectations.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers .

Experience in Engineering field and Construction

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
