Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar standards, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Understand the menu and assist guests with beverage recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
- Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
- Follow standard operating procedures for beverage preparation and service.
- Handle bar equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain proper portion control and minimize wastage.
- Ensure all beverages are presented according to the required standards.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
- Follow applicable food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service practices.




- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks.
- Maintain accurate records of bar stock and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene.
- Knowledge of bar hygiene and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
