We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile, check-in & check-out assistance
- Understand guest needs, explain hotel / resort / hospital / showroom facilities
- Handle guest complaints politely and ensure quick resolution
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B;, front office for guest comfort
- Maintain guest feedback register, CRM entry & daily report
- Build good relation for repeat visits & positive reviews
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
