Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified, experienced and patient-focused OBG/Gynae Doctor to join our multispeciality hospital in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care, managing routine and high-risk pregnancies, conducting deliveries and performing gynaecological procedures while ensuring quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Provide consultation and treatment for obstetric and gynaecological patients.
- Manage antenatal and postnatal care, including high-risk pregnancies.
- Conduct normal deliveries and manage obstetric emergencies.
- Perform Caesarean sections (C-sections) and other relevant surgical procedures, as per clinical privileges.
- Diagnose and treat menstrual disorders, PCOS, infertility-related concerns and other gynaecological conditions.
- Conduct regular OPD consultations and provide IPD patient care.
- Monitor labour and coordinate with nursing, anaesthesia and other clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, case sheets and clinical documentation.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control guidelines and applicable medical regulations.




- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans, pregnancy care and preventive healthcare.
- Participate in emergency and on-call duties as per the hospital roster.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- MS/MD/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Medical Council/National Medical Register, as applicable.
- 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge of obstetrics, gynaecology and emergency management.
- Experience in handling deliveries, C-sections and obstetric emergencies.
- Excellent communication, patient counselling and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Working Details

- Location: SHSFT, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
- Duty Hours: As per hospital schedule and clinical requirements.
- OPD/IPD: As per assigned roster.
- Emergency Duties: As per mutually agreed duty and on-call schedule.
- Compensation: Negotiable based on qualifications, experience and clinical expertise.
