We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence, primarily across Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, know how to create engaging content, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced event and entertainment environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining our social media presence, keeping our audience engaged, and effectively promoting our festivals, artists, activities, and announcements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Latin Notion’s Instagram pages and other social media platforms.
- Plan and publish engaging content, including posts, Reels, Stories, and promotional content.
- Create content that drives engagement and keeps the community active and connected.
- Promote upcoming festivals, artists, workshops, activities, and significant announcements.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends and audience interests.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain an engaged online community around the Latin Notion brand.
- Coordinate with the team to collect event updates, promotional material, artist information, and other content required for social media.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and posting schedule across platforms.
- Track social media performance and engagement to understand what content resonates with the audience.
- Stay updated with Instagram features, trends, formats, and best practices.




- Support the team with social media communication before, during, and after festivals.

Requirements

- Previous experience in social media management, preferably for a brand, event, entertainment, lifestyle, or community-based business.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, including reels, stories, posts, engagement, and community management.
- Good written communication and a creative approach to content.
- Ability to write engaging captions.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple social media pages and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with a team.
- A genuine interest in social media, content creation, events, and digital communities.
