Incentives: ₹20,000-25,000 / month add on (based on the monthly target achieve)

Job Type: Full-Time / Remote

Job Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Time: 3:00PM-11:00PM (Close to USA Timezone)

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive VA Lead Generation Specialist to find potential US business clients for Voxonic. Your main responsibility will be to find USA/Canada business via social media, start conversations via WhatsApp, qualify leads, close deal directly or help book meetings for our team.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Find potential US business leads through Facebook and Google platforms

2. Identify businesses that could benefit from AI voice and chat agents

3. Contact prospects through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or email.

4. Introduce Voxonic's services clearly and professionally

5.



Ask qualifying questions to understand the prospect's business and needs

6. Follow up with interested prospects consistently

7. Book qualified prospects for meetings (If required)

8. Maintain and update the lead database in Google Sheets

9. Report daily outreach, responses, qualified leads, and meetings booked

10. Coordinate with the Manager on important leads and follow-ups

Core Tools Handset:- Facebook, Meta Business Suite, Google sheet, Notion, WhatsApp Business, Google Meet, Google platforms, Calendly.

Core basic skills:-

1. Good communication and reliability

2. Ability to work independently

3. Basic social media and research kills

4. Willingness to learn AI tools

5. Qualified communication with clients/team members

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
