About the Role

As a Salesforce Consulting Partner, Kefaru Technologies delivers end-to-end CRM transformation, integration, and custom development services to growth-oriented and mid-market enterprises.

We are looking for an articulate, technically sound Salesforce Developer / Administrator with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on project experience. This is a client-facing technical role: you will not work in isolation behind closed tickets. You will take complete ownership of solution buildouts, interface directly with client stakeholders on discovery and demo calls, articulate technical trade-offs with clarity, and deliver production-ready implementations on time.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Development & Configuration: Design, build, test, and deploy robust declarative configurations (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes) and custom programmatic solutions (Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components - LWC).
- Direct Client Engagement & Solution Demos: Lead and support technical walkthroughs, sprint demos, and requirement validation sessions directly with client leadership and project sponsors.
- Requirements Translation: Deconstruct functional requirements and business process maps into clean, scalable Salesforce data models, object schemas, and automated workflows.
- Integrations & API Architecture: Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, databases, or ERPs using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Adhere strictly to Salesforce development standards, governor limits, unit test coverage (>85%), and environment deployment hygiene (Sandbox to Production release management).
- Technical Troubleshooting: Perform root-cause analysis on platform bugs, data anomalies,



and integration timeouts to ensure uninterrupted system uptime for clients.

Candidate Qualifications & Strict Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated, verifiable development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem at an IT services firm, consulting partner, or product company.
- Client-Facing Communication (Mandatory): Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be articulate, confident on video calls, and capable of explaining complex technical solutions to non-technical business stakeholders without internal supervision.
- Programmatic Fluency: Proven track record building custom components with Lightning Web Components (LWC), writing clean Apex (controllers, batch classes, triggers with proper handler frameworks), and querying data via SOQL/SOSL.
- Declarative Mastery: Deep expertise in advanced Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Autolaunched), platform security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD), and standard objects across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Integration Experience: Practical knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication flows.
- Release Management: Familiarity with Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Git version control, and change sets/DevOps deployment pipelines.

Preferred Credentials

- Active certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Platform App Builder
- Hands-on exposure to connected tools in the Salesforce ecosystem (Tableau, Slack, or OmniStudio).
- Prior experience delivering projects within a registered Salesforce Consulting Partner environment.
