Qualification: Any Graduate | MBA in HR preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end blue-collar recruitment and staffing.

Manage sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.

Handle Industrial Relations (IR), including union interactions, negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution.

Manage Employee Relations (ER), grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and employee engagement.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Oversee payroll processing and statutory deductions including PF, ESIC, PT, etc.

Manage day-to-day HR operations, policies, training, appraisals, promotions,



and disciplinary processes.

Prepare and analyze HR MIS related to hiring, attrition, attendance, compliance, and workforce management.

Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management.

Candidate Profile

Strong experience in blue-collar workforce management.

Good knowledge of IR, ER, labour laws, compliance, and payroll.

Strong communication, negotiation, and employee-handling skills.

Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
