Job Description

We are looking for a *confident, energetic, and people-oriented Training & Development Executive* to conduct employee induction, training, skill development, assessments, and continuous learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop end-to-end employee training programs and SOPs.

* Create structured training videos, modules, and learning materials.

* Conduct induction and onboarding training for current employees.

* Train Sales, CSA, Operations, and other teams based on their roles.

* Conduct role-plays, practical assessments, and knowledge tests.

* Develop training programs for communication, customer handling, process knowledge, objection handling, and job-specific skills.

* Track individual employee training completion, test scores, and performance.

* Identify skill and knowledge gaps and arrange re-training.

* Maintain a department-wise training dashboard and reports.

* Work closely with HR, department heads, and management to continuously improve employee performance.

* Build a standardized training system that can scale as the company grows.





Candidate Requirements

* 4–7 years of relevant experience in Training, Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or a similar role.

* Strong communication, coaching, presentation, and people-development skills.

* Experience in designing structured employee training programs.

* Ability to create SOPs, training content, assessments, and performance-tracking systems.

* Experience training multiple departments will be preferred.

* Ability to independently build and manage a complete training system.

Salary

₹50,000–₹70,000 per month OR a 20–30% hike on the candidate’s current salary, depending on experience, skills, current CTC, and overall suitability.

Preferred: A candidate who can build a complete company-wide training system from the ground up and reduce dependency on individual trainers.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
