Position: Production Manager

Experience: 6–8+ Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates from structural fabrication, industrial fabrication, engineering manufacturing, steel fabrication or similar industries will be preferred.
- Should be capable of independently handling the production floor and taking ownership of production targets.
- Should have valuable knowledge of manpower planning, fabrication processes, quality requirements and delivery management.
- Should be proactive in identifying production problems and implementing practical solutions.
- Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.

- Production output and achievement of daily/monthly targets
- On-time project/job completion
- Manpower productivity
- Machine utilization
- Reduction in rejection and rework
- Material and consumable wastage control
- Production cost control
- Reduction of machine downtime
- Quality compliance
- 5S and shop-floor discipline
- Safety compliance
- Overall production efficiency

Required skills:

- Metal Fabrication knowledge and drawings.
- Hindi speaking advantage
- Fabrication JIG and Fixture knowledge.
