The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative and HR activities. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, responding to employee queries, and ensuring HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Prepare employment documents, offer letters, contracts, and other HR correspondence.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Update attendance, leave, and other employee information.
- Respond to routine employee HR queries and direct complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information and updates.
- Support performance review and training administration.
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare HR reports,



letters, and documentation as required.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR projects.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information.

Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA in Human Resources / HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Freshers with a relevant MBA and strong HR knowledge may also be considered.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
