Hiring: Recovery Executive – Experienced

Experience: 6 Months–2 Years

Education: MBA candidates preferred

Salary: Upto ₹26,000 + Incenives

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Job Responsibilities:

Contact online students/customers through calls regarding pending fee/payment dues.

Follow up with students/customers to ensure timely payment and resolution of outstanding dues.

Handle customer queries and concerns related to payments and provide appropriate assistance.

Negotiate and communicate effectively to achieve recovery/payment targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, commitments, and payment status.

Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

Requirements:

6 months–2 years of experience in recovery, collections, BPO calling, telecalling, or a similar role.

MBA candidates will be preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

Ability to handle customers professionally and work toward recovery targets.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.

Target-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
