We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project execution by coordinating between site teams, management, consultants and various departments, ensuring timely flow of information, documentation and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, QA/QC, Billing, Procurement, Stores and Accounts teams.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly project progress against planned targets.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, progress reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.
- Follow up on drawings, approvals, material requirements and other project-related activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and internal departments for timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor project schedules, pending activities and action points.
- Maintain records of drawings, correspondence, approvals, instructions and site reports.
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, review meetings and follow-ups.




- Ensure timely submission of required reports and documents to management.
- Identify delays or coordination gaps and escalate them to the concerned authority.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in road, highway or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing MIS and project reports.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Valuable organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work under deadlines.
