Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Merchandiser with 1–3 years of experience in the garment, fashion, or ethnic-wear industry.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of women’s ethnic wear, market trends, product assortment, stock movement, and customer preferences. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the right products are planned, available, and aligned with market demand and sales requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor fashion, market, and customer trends in women’s ethnic wear.
- Identify new product and design opportunities based on market demand.
- Assist in product selection, assortment planning, and collection development.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Design, Production, Inventory, and Sales teams for product requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and product movement, including fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Analyze sales and product performance and suggest improvements in product assortment.
- Ensure products are properly categorized, priced, presented, and available for sale.
- Support new collection launches, seasonal collections,



and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate product details, reports, and merchandising records.
- Track competitor products, designs, pricing, and market trends.
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Identify and resolve product and merchandising-related issues through proper coordination.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in merchandising, preferably in women’s ethnic wear, garments, or fashion.
- Good knowledge of ethnic-wear products, fabrics, designs, and fashion trends.
- Understanding of product assortment, stock movement, and sales performance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical ability with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with multiple teams in a fast-paced fashion environment.
- Strong interest in fashion, market trends, and customer preferences.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
