Overview

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible Business Operations Associate to support day-to-day business operations, team coordination, recruitment, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, follow-up, and organizational skills and be willing to take ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations

- Manage and coordinate daily business operations
- Track tasks, deadlines, projects, and deliverables
- Maintain operational trackers, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on pending tasks
- Assist in improving processes and maintaining SOPs

Recruitment & Hiring

- Post job and internship openings
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams
- Manage candidate follow-ups and recruitment trackers
- Assist with offers, joining formalities, and onboarding

Coordination & Administration

- Coordinate meetings and maintain action items
- Communicate with clients, candidates, interns,



and other stakeholders
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and business documents
- Maintain organized company records and databases
- Support management with day-to-day operational requirements

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, Commerce, Operations, or related field
- Freshers and candidates with internship experience can apply

Skills Required

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Recruitment or project management experience is a plus

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
