Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Service Engineer with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background to join our service team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, good technical knowledge, and the ability to handle installation, maintenance, repair, and customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment/machinery at customer sites.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the required timelines.
- Perform equipment inspections and identify potential technical problems.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams for service-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance and basic training to customers/operators when required.
- Ensure proper adherence to safety procedures during installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Travel to customer locations for installation, breakdown, maintenance, and service activities.
- Maintain good professional relationships with customers.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering/technical team.





Required Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–4 years of experience in Service Engineering / Maintenance / Installation / Commissioning preferred.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a technical team.
