Café Counter Staff – Job Responsibilities

As a Café Counter Staff, your main responsibilities may include:

- Pastry, Cake & Donut Garnishing: Decorating and presenting pastries, cakes, donuts, and other bakery items neatly.
- Puff & Bakery Item Preparation: Arranging and serving puffs and other bakery products.
- Hot Coffee Preparation: Preparing hot coffee and other coffee beverages according to the café's recipes.
- Juice Preparation: Making fresh juices and other cold beverages.
- Billing & Cash Counter: Handling customer orders, billing, and cash/UPI payments.
- Food Presentation: Maintaining proper presentation and hygiene while serving food and beverages.
- Counter Hygiene: Keeping the counter, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
- Customer Service: Taking orders, assisting customers, and providing polite and friendly service.
- Stock Handling: Checking and arranging bakery items, beverages, and other counter supplies.
