Post: Assistant Professor – Business Statistics

Department: Management / Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Business Statistics, Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, and Data Analysis to BBA, B.Com, MBA, and M.Com students.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and examination papers.
- Conduct practical sessions using Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or other statistical tools.
- Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and data analysis.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, FDPs, examinations, and other academic activities.
- Provide academic support and remedial classes to students when required.

Required Qualification:

- Master’s Degree in Statistics / Applied Statistics / Commerce / Management or a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks.




- UGC-NET / SLET / SET qualified candidates preferred/required as applicable.
- Ph.D. candidates will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of statistical and data-analysis software such as Excel, SPSS, R, or Python.
- Good communication and teaching skills.

Experience:
Teaching experience in a college/university will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000+ per month, depending on qualification and experience.
