Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across major platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple platforms.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Plan engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Engage with the audience and manage comments/messages professionally.
- Conduct competitor and market research.




- Track social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with content, graphic design, SEO, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms.

Requirements

- 3-4 years of hands-on SMM experience.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Experience in content planning and social media management.
- Valuable understanding of social media analytics and KPIs.
- Knowledge of hashtags, trends, engagement, and organic growth strategies.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
