Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Assistant with 1–4 years of experience in the food industry to support day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth, effective, and hygienic manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Production Supervisor/Manager in daily production activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records, batch sheets, and other required documentation.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the relevant teams to avoid production delays.
- Assist in monitoring production targets, output, wastage, and downtime.
- Identify and report production issues, quality deviations, and equipment-related problems to the concerned supervisor.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
- Support implementation of SOPs and company quality standards.
- Assist in inventory and material reconciliation when required.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.




- Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in the food industry is mandatory.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food manufacturing and production processes.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene practices.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
