Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and creatively-driven Graphic Designer to bring compelling visual narratives to life across digital platforms. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effortlessly switch between designing Meta and Google ads, social media creatives, email newsletters, website visuals, and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Ad Creatives: Design engaging static and GIF assets for Meta and Google Ads.
- Social Media Content: Create thumb-stopping visuals for various platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
- Email & Newsletter Design: Craft optimized layouts that balance creativity and usability.
- Web & WhatsApp Creatives: Produce banners and assets to enhance promotions and user experience.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop catalogs, flyers, sales kits, and internal/external marketing assets.
- Image Editing & Retouching: Deliver high-quality edits, enhancements, and manipulations.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborative Brainstorming: Work closely with cross-functional teams on campaign concepts.
- Design Optimization: Contribute to efficient design workflows and asset management.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and UI/UX innovations.

What We’re Looking For

- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (motion design tools a plus).
- Strong command over typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.




- Ability to conceptualize from scratch and design for ecommerce audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of color, composition, and visual harmony.
- Excellent communication and feedback skills.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-based design tools and automation for scalable output.

Selection Process

- Introductory Discussion – understanding background and creative mindset.
- Skill Assessment – design assignment or portfolio-based evaluation.
- Final Interview – with the creative/leadership team (Virtual/On-campus).

Note

- The final offered salary will be determined based on your performance during the interview stage.
- The offered salary will be a consolidated annual amount, inclusive of a performance-linked variable component, which will be applicable post joining and tied to your role performance.
- Following the release of the offer letter and upon joining, the candidate will be placed on a three-month probation period. Successful completion of this probation will lead to confirmation of the full time role
