About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team at EazyWed Matrimonial Haven. Each role contributes to creating a seamless matchmaking experience for our valued clients - whether through precise data management, creative marketing initiatives, or smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities(Role-wise):
1. Data Entry Executive: Enter, update, and maintain accurate client data in the CRM system. Verify and cross-check client details such as biodata, contact info, and photographs. Coordinate with relationship managers and clients to collect missing information. Manage sorting, filtering, and organizing of data for matchmaking operations. Ensure confidentiality and uphold agency standards.
2. Marketing Manager: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote matrimonial services. Manage social media pages, create posts, and engage with audience queries. Support campaigns, posters, and advertisements for lead generation. Coordinate with creative and data teams for consistent branding. Track marketing performance and suggest improvements.

Sales Operations Executive: Communicate with potential clients and explain membership options. Maintain follow-ups and assist in client onboarding. Support coordination between marketing and matchmaking teams. Record and analyze client inquiries for reporting. Build relationships that promote trust and engagement.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
Positive communication skills in English & Hindi (other languages are a plus).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Time management and teamwork skills.
Minimum qualification: HSC / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
