- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice/customer support process is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable communicating with international customers over the phone.
- Only candidates currently based in Bangalore/Bengaluru are eligible.
- Experienced candidates only – freshers are not eligible.
- Good verbal communication, pronunciation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
