Nave Industries Private Limited is setting up its Electrical Panel Manufacturing Division under the *PAXEON* brand. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on qualified who can take complete responsibility for establishing and growing the division from the initial stage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and develop the Electrical Panel Manufacturing Division

- Handle PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC/Automation, PDB/DB and other LT panels

- Panel design coordination, BOM, costing and estimation

- Prepare and submit technical & commercial quotations

- Attend client calls, meetings and technical discussions

- Handle enquiries, RFQs and order conversion

- Develop suppliers and manage procurement of panel components

- Plan and supervise manufacturing, assembly, wiring and testing

- Coordinate FAT, dispatch and commissioning requirements

- Develop SOPs,



quality systems and manufacturing processes

- Recruit and build the required Engineering, Production, QA/QC and Sales team

- Take overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the Panel Manufacturing Division

*Preferred Candidate:*

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

- 8–15 years of experience in the Electrical Panel Manufacturing industry

- Strong hands-on knowledge of LT panels and IEC 61439

- Experience in estimation, costing, procurement, production and testing

- Strong client handling and business development capabilities

- Experience in setting up or independently managing a panel manufacturing unit will be highly preferred

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
