Senior Travel Business Lead – International Holidays

We are looking for an experienced International Travel Professional who can independently manage customised international holidays end-to-end — from understanding the guest and designing the itinerary to costing, supplier coordination, booking and final documentation.

This is a senior ownership role, not a standard reservations or package-selling position. The right candidate should eventually be able to take over a significant part of the responsibilities currently managed by the Business Head.

Key Responsibilities

- Design customised FIT and complex multi-country international itineraries.
- Manage destinations across Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
- Understand guest preferences and confidently recommend destinations, hotels and experiences.
- Coordinate and negotiate with international DMCs, hotels and suppliers.
- Manage flights, trains, self-drives, transfers, ferries and sightseeing logistics.
- Handle multiple bookings, deadlines and last-minute changes efficiently.




- Take complete ownership of guests from enquiry to completion of travel.
- Continuously research new destinations, hotels and travel experiences.

Who We’re Looking For

- Robust experience in international leisure/FIT travel.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong international destination and itinerary-planning knowledge.
- Excellent guest communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing complex travel arrangements.
- Independent, proactive and detail-oriented, with minimal need for supervision.
- Most importantly: someone who takes ownership, loves travel and genuinely enjoys creating exceptional holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
