We are hiring Field Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time (100% Field Job)

Location – South 24 Pgs., North 24 Pgs , Howrah , Hooghly ,Nadia

Monthly Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 (Based on experience and interview performance)

PLUS - PF & ESI

Plus: Attractive Performance incentive + bonus

Plus : Accommodation will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

Field visits to identify prospective borrowers & Self-Help Groups (SHGs).

Handling the loan lifecycle (KYC, documentation, and disbursement).

Ensuring timely collection of loan installments.

Building robust community relationships.

Have to relocate within 50-100km from home location

Experience: 0 - 3 years(Prior field sales/banking experience is a plus).

Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License
