We’re Hiring – ERP & MES Support Engineer

We are looking for an ERP & MES Support Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our Manufacturing IT / Digital Transformation team.

The role will focus on supporting ERP, MES/MOM, Power BI and MIS reporting across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- ERP application support for Production, Inventory, Purchase, Quality & Maintenance
- MES/MOM application and shop-floor support
- ERP–MES integration monitoring and issue resolution
- SQL-based data analysis and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Develop KPI dashboards for Production, Quality, Efficiency, Downtime, Inventory and Productivity
- Data validation and reconciliation between ERP, MES and reporting systems
- Support UAT, testing, user training and documentation
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve operational visibility
