Profile: Sales coordinator

Experience:

2-5 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Order Processing or Customer Handling, preferably from a manufacturing/textile-related industry. Roles:

Handle incoming sales enquiries and customer requirements. Coordinate with customers regarding orders, quotations and order status. Coordinate with production, dispatch and internal teams for timely order execution. Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and ensure timely delivery. Follow up with customers regarding order requirements, dispatch updates and pending payments/orders. Maintain sales orders, customer records and order-related documentation. Resolve customer queries and coordinate internally for timely solutions. Support the sales team in smooth execution of the complete order cycle. Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Order Management or Customer Coordination.
