Job Summary

The Client Servicing Executive will be the primary point of contact for clients and the link between client requirements and the agency’s creative team. The role involves understanding business objectives, developing clear briefs, coordinating execution and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected quality.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, brings ideas to the table and uses AI tools thoughtfully to improve research, communication, content and everyday workflows.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Client relationships: Build strong relationships through proactive communication, timely responses and a clear understanding of each client’s business and priorities.
- Briefing and planning: Translate client objectives into actionable briefs with clear deliverables, timelines, references and expected outcomes.
- Project ownership: Coordinate projects from briefing to completion, managing schedules, budgets, resources, feedback and approvals.
- Creative collaboration: Work with designers, writers and video teams to develop ideas and ensure execution stays aligned with the brief.
- Quality checks: Review content and creatives for accuracy, brand consistency and completeness before sharing them with clients.
- Social media coordination: Manage clients’ social media pages, including content calendars, publishing, approvals and performance reporting.
- AI-assisted work: Use AI tools for research, ideation, first drafts, presentations, meeting summaries and structured briefs. Refine and verify outputs before use, and handle client information responsibly.
- Reporting and follow-ups: Maintain project trackers, document discussions and changes, and share clear status updates with clients and internal teams.
- Workflow improvement: Establish and follow practical work processes that improve coordination, accountability and timely delivery.



Identify delays early and help resolve them.
- Business support: Work with the Business Development team on proposals and pitches, identify opportunities within existing accounts and support sales follow-ups as required.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Marathi and Hindi will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, follow-ups and taking responsibility for outcomes.
- Working familiarity with AI tools and the ability to give explicit prompts, assess outputs and improve them using context and judgement.
- An understanding of branding, social media and creative production across print, digital and video.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations and project-tracking tools.
- Adaptability, curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools and ways of working.
- Creative writing and content development skills will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in client servicing, account management or project coordination within an advertising or marketing agency will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
