Job Summary:

Looking for a customer-focused Restaurant Manager with 3–5 years of experience to manage daily dining room operations, deliver upscale guest experiences, and lead service staff in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage floor operations, welcome high-profile guests, and handle customer feedback tactfully.
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) billing, cash reconciliation, opening/closing procedures, and daily sales reports.
- Conduct daily service briefings and train floor staff on menu items, beverage pairings, and upselling techniques.
- Manage dining room inventory (cutlery, glassware, linen) and ensure immaculate restaurant presentation.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years in managing front-of-house operations at a fine-dining restaurant or upscale hotel outlet.
- Customer relation management, POS operations, floor leadership, and team management.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
