We specialize in design-led custom invitations, luxury stationery, corporate gifting, and bespoke packaging solutions. As our order volumes expand, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented.

Logistics Coordinator to manage our order fulfillment, dispatch operations, and delivery timelines seamlessly from our Malappuram office.

Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of customer orders—from inventory tracking to coordinating with local and national courier partners. You will ensure that our highly custom, delicate premium orders are securely packaged, accurately labeled, and delivered to our clients damage-free and right on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order & Dispatch Management: Coordinate daily order despatches, ensuring correct product variants, custom details, and shipping labels match the invoice details.
- Courier Coordination: Liaise directly with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, delivery partners,



and local cargo services to optimize shipping routes, schedules, and costs.
- Tracking & Issue Resolution: Track shipments continuously and proactively resolve transit delays, weight discrepancies, or delivery failures.
- Inventory Control: Collaborating closely with the internal design and production teams to monitor stock levels of raw materials (paper stocks, wax seals, packaging boxes).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date logistics MIS reports, manifest copies, and cash-on-delivery (COD) reconciliation sheets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics coordination, or retail warehouse tracking (Freshers with strong operational skills are welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with shipping aggregators (like Shiprocket, Delhivery, or similar platforms) is a major plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a high eye for detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
