KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Initiate outbound telephonic calls to prospective clients to present products, services,

and key offerings.

● Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and solution-oriented

manner to ensure high satisfaction.

● Accurately maintain and update daily call logs, candidate/client feedback, and interaction

histories in the tracking system.

● Conduct structured follow-ups with potential leads to drive conversions and meet

monthly operational targets.

● Collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with service

delivery.

QUALIFICATION

● Any Graduate degree in any discipline.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

● Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS

● Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English

proficiency is optional).

● Interpersonal Skills: Robust verbal communication and active listening abilities with a

customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
