Hiring: Chartered Accountant – Accounts & Audit

Acts Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage our Accounts & Audit teams.

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 3–5+ years post-qualification experience preferred
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the Accounts & Audit teams.
- Review and finalise books of accounts and financial statements.
- Handle and review accounting assignments for multiple clients across different industries.
- Plan, supervise and review statutory/internal audit assignments.
- Review audit working papers, financial statements and audit reports.
- Supervise GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance activities.
- Handle accounting and audit-related client queries.
- Identify accounting, compliance and internal-control issues and provide practical solutions.
- Allocate work, monitor deadlines and ensure quality of team deliverables.
- Train and guide accountants and audit team members.




- Coordinate directly with clients and manage skilled relationships.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong practical knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in a CA firm, audit firm, accounting firm or financial services consultancy preferred.
- Experience handling multiple clients and different types of businesses will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in team handling/reviewing Accounts and Audit work preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting/financial software.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership and client-handling skills.
- Should be comfortable managing multiple assignments and deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

A hands-on CA who can independently handle complex accounting and audit matters while effectively leading both the Accounts and Audit teams.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
