MAATRI SATVA WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED is an Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical Healthcare company focused on providing quality Ayurvedic, Herbal and Wellness products through professional healthcare channels.
We are expanding our field sales team and looking for experienced and result-oriented Medical Representatives (MRs) to join our growing organization.
Job Responsibilities
* Regularly visit Ayurvedic, General and Healthcare Doctors/Clinics in the assigned territory.
* Promote and introduce the company’s Ayurvedic, Herbal and Nutraceutical products.
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Doctors, Clinics and Healthcare Professionals.
* Generate new doctor/clinic contacts and expand the assigned territory.
* Take product orders and ensure regular follow-up.
* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
* Conduct regular field visits and maintain proper daily/weekly field reports.
* Communicate product information professionally and effectively.
* Follow up with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
* Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively in the market.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is preferred.
* Experience in Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sales will be an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to confidently communicate with Doctors and Healthcare Professionals.
* Strong field-sales and relationship-building skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
* Candidates with an existing Doctor/Clinic network will be preferred.
Salary & Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, territory knowledge and overall suitability for the position.
Applicable TDS will be deducted as per prevailing rules.
Additional performance-based incentives/growth opportunities may be considered based on company policy and performance.
