We are looking for a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or an experienced Financial Planner who can understand clients' financial goals and develop structured, goal-based financial plans. The role involves analysing clients' financial positions, recommending suitable financial solutions, reviewing portfolios and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Client Meetings & Requirement Analysis

- Meet with clients personally or virtually to understand their financial requirements, goals, priorities and expectations.
- Conduct detailed discussions to understand the client's income, expenses, assets, liabilities, existing investments, insurance coverage and financial commitments.
- Identify short-term and long-term financial goals such as wealth creation, children's education, retirement planning, home purchase and other life goals.
- Understand the client's risk profile, investment preferences and time horizon.
- Analyse the client's existing financial position and identify gaps in their financial planning.
- Develop and present goal-based financial plans aligned with the client's requirements.




- Explain recommendations clearly and address client queries before implementation.
- Conduct periodic meetings to review progress towards financial goals and make appropriate changes to the financial plan.
- Maintain strong, professional and long-term relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibility – Client Engagement

Meet clients, understand their financial requirements in detail, analyse their current financial position, identify their goals and provide suitable goal-based financial planning solutions.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- CFP certification is preferred/required, depending on the level of the position.
- NISM certifications relevant to the role will be an added advantage.
