Responsibilities

- Verify active insurance coverage and eligibility
- Verify deductibles, copays, coinsurance and advantages
- Determine prior-authorization requirements
- Submit and follow up on authorization requests
- Contact U.S. insurance companies and payer representatives
- Use payer portals and EMR/EHR systems
- Document benefits and authorization information accurately
- Track pending authorizations through completion

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ year of U.S. healthcare / RCM experience
- Hands-on experience with Eligibility, Benefits or Prior Authorization
- Strong English communication
- Familiarity with commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid preferred
- Strong attention to detail

This position is 100% office-based in Ameerpet. No remote/WFH option
