Role in the JJEPL:-

Handling the projects independently, for execution on time and to satisfy the customer for fulfilling the JJEPL’s vision.

Monitoring the cost of the project as per given budget.

Coordinating with customer regarding the ongoing projects and expedite the all activities to execute the projects at the earliest.

Responsibilities :-

1. On time delivery-Proper Planning of project and monitoring it.

2. Cost monitoring- Comparing the shop value with the actual expenses done during the completion of project. Reduction in the below values

A. Purchase cost reduction

B. Wastage reduction

C. conversion cost reduction

5.Achiving the targeted invoice value.

6.Failuer analysis to analyse the constraints or hurdles so as to avoid it and to achieve OTD.

7.Customer communication and getting all things cleared e.g drawing approval, deviations resolution, inspection clearance for smooth execution.

8. Maintain project track.

To execute the project within the contractual delivery period and stipulated budget. monitor the activities of project. Resolve the issues which are obstacles during the execution.

Customer communication for the smooth executions and maintaining good relationships with the customer.
