Quantity Surveyor

PART TIME | FULL-TIME |REMOTE | FLEXIBLE MONTHLY COMPENSATION

This role is for course content creation and online teaching—not project-site work.

Specialisation & Required Experience — Quantity Surveying
At least 10 years of construction industry experience, with substantial hands-on responsibility for baseline schedules, work breakdown structures, activity sequencing, resource planning, progress updates, look-ahead programmes and recovery schedules. Practical proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, supported by Excel-based reporting, is essential. You should be able to teach using realistic project schedules, progress data and reporting examples.

Relevant Sector Experience: Experience in one or more sectors such as residential or commercial buildings, industrial facilities, highways and expressways, bridges and flyovers, rail and metro, airports, water infrastructure, power, or oil and gas. Please indicate your strongest sectors, the types of projects handled and your personal responsibilities within the advertised specialisation.

Your Role

- Prepare course outlines, presentations and practical learning material.
- Record short lessons in your own voice.




- Conduct scheduled live online classes and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Develop worked examples, assignments and quizzes.
- Review and update content based on feedback.

What We Expect

- Relevant engineering/construction degree or diploma.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English.
- Confidence using PowerPoint, Excel and online teaching tools.
- Original, technically accurate content without confidential employer or client information.
- Reliable delivery against an agreed monthly work plan.
- Previous training or mentoring experience preferred.

Working Arrangement

- Remote, part-time; flexible preparation hours and scheduled live sessions.
- Fixed monthly compensation based on experience, time commitment and deliverables.
- Reports directly to the Founder.
- ConstruWX provides content templates, branding and platform publishing support.
