Position: Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Experience: 8+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month
Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to support organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
- Drive recruitment, talent development, and retention initiatives.
- Handle grievance resolution and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 8+ years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per year
