We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Officer to drive sales and business development for our roofing products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and distributor networks, generating recent business, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role involves regular market visits and interaction with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, fabricators, project customers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and other channel partners.
- Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors to expand market coverage.
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market conditions.
- Promote and explain the features, applications, quality, and benefits of roofing products.
- Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, activities, and market developments.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility at dealer/distributor outlets.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, production, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth order execution.




- Develop business from construction projects, industrial projects, warehouses, commercial buildings, and other relevant segments.
- Build relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, fabricators, and project consultants for product specification and business generation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support the company in maintaining healthy receivables.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and reporting procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in roofing, building materials, construction materials, steel, cement, or a related industry.
- Candidates with experience in TMT, roofing sheets, PEB, construction products, or industrial building materials will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local market and dealer/distributor network.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
