About the Role

Aira Infinity is looking for an experienced and energetic Product & Sales Trainer to train sales teams, network marketing professionals, and new members on the Aira Infinity platform, products, features, business process, and sales approach.

Candidates with practical experience in Network Marketing/MLM, Direct Sales, Sales Training, Team Building, Leadership, and Crypto/Web3 will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product training and demonstrations for new and existing members.
- Explain platform features, registration, verification, dashboards, packages, referrals, campaigns, earnings, and withdrawal processes.
- Conduct online training through Zoom/Google Meet and offline training when required.
- Train sales teams on product presentation, prospecting, follow-ups, objection handling, presentations, and closing.
- Train members on network building, team development, leadership, and relationship management.
- Support Team Leaders and State Heads with sales training.
- Provide basic training on cryptocurrency, blockchain, wallets, transactions, tokens, and Web3.
- Conduct motivational, team-building, and leadership-development sessions.




- Conduct regular Q&A; and doubt-clearing sessions.

Requirements

- 2–3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in Network Marketing / MLM and Direct Sales.
- Sales training and team-building experience.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MLM/network marketing.
- Practical Crypto/Blockchain/Web3 knowledge preferred.
- Previous Crypto/Token sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language.
- Comfortable conducting Zoom/webinar training.

Compensation

₹30,000+ per month + Performance Incentives
