- Site Coordination: Oversee daily activities of carpentering, electrical work, plumbing, false ceilings, flooring, and painting.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and accurately implement interior layouts, 2D/3D working drawings, and civil details.
- Subcontractor Management: Schedule and manage various vendors and laborers to ensure smooth workflow and prevent structural delays.
- Material & Inventory Tracking: Inspect incoming site materials for quality, cross-check quantities with orders, and minimize material wastage.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks on finishes, alignments, paint coats, and joinery work.
- Timeline Management: Monitor project milestones to ensure execution aligns with the pre-decided project schedule.
- Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track labor attendance, and report progress or issues to the Project Manager or Lead Designer.
- Safety & Cleanliness:



Enforce basic safety protocols in office and maintain a clean, organized working environment.
- Premium Material Handling: Manage delicate, high-cost residential materials such as Italian marble, engineered wood, veneer finishes, custom wallpapers, and fragile light fixtures.
- Client & Designer Alignment: Occasionally interact with homeowners to accommodate micro-customizations and walk them through finish selections on-site.
- Property Rules Compliance: Coordinate with apartment/society management regarding strict work hours, noise constraints, service elevator usage, and debris disposal rules.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
