Job Summary

Pragyavani Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Network Support Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain network and CCTV infrastructure across project/site locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi and network connectivity.
- Configure and maintain networking equipment.
- Handle IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS and basic network security.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot CCTV/IP cameras, NVR/DVR and PoE switches.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity and network-related issues.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system uptime.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Guide junior engineers/technicians during installation and troubleshooting.




- Prepare service reports and maintain technical documentation.
- Handle on-site technical issues and provide timely support.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in networking/IT support.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, LAN/WAN and IP networking.
- Good knowledge of CCTV, NVR/DVR, IP cameras and PoE.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at site/field locations when required.
- Diploma/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. IT, Networking, Electronics or a related qualification.
