Qualification & Experience

CA Inter / CMA Inter with min. 2 years of relevant hospital experience, OR M.Com with min. 4 years of relevant hospital experience

Preferred

Multi-specialty hospital background; exposure to TPA/insurance accounting and hospital ERP/HIS

Role Summary

Owns accurate accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, statutory compliance and MIS for the hospital, and supports budgeting, cost control and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting and Reporting: maintain books (GL, AP, AR, bank); complete month-end/year-end closing; prepare financial statements per applicable Accounting Standards.

- Revenue and Receivables: reconcile HIS billing with GL and collections; review discounts and refunds; monitor insurance/TPA/corporate receivables and ageing.

- Doctor Payouts: verify consultant payouts and revenue-share against agreed terms; process related TDS.

- Payables and Inventory: three-way match of invoices; vendor reconciliation; reconcile pharmacy and store stock with ledger.

- Banking and Cash:



bank reconciliations; cash flow and fund requirement reports.

- Taxation and Compliance: GST returns and reconciliations; TDS; PF/ESI/PT; coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits.

- Budgeting and Cost Control: assist annual budget and forecasts; budget-vs-actual variance analysis; cost optimization.

- MIS and Analytics: revenue, ARPOB, occupancy, payor mix, doctor-wise contribution; dashboards in Excel and Power BI.

- Fixed Assets and CAPEX: maintain asset register, depreciation and CAPEX tracking.

- Controls: ensure SOP adherence, close audit observations, support ERP user testing and data accuracy.

Skills Required

- Hospital finance, financial statements, statutory and tax audit support

- Internal controls, cost optimization, budgeting and forecasting, MIS and analytics

- Accounting Standards, GST, TDS and statutory compliance

- Advanced Excel and Power BI; working knowledge of an ERP (SAP, Tally or similar)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
