We're hiring an Outbound Sales Executive to bring independent hotels, homestays and resorts onto Open Stays. You'll own the full outbound sales motion prospecting, outreach, demos and closing across India.

What You'll Do
* Build and work a pipeline of independent hotels, homestays and resorts (typically 6-30+ rooms) via cold calls, Whats App and field visits.
* Run live product walkthroughs of the booking engine, Whats App reservation assistant, and guest ID/compliance tools.
* Onboard signed properties in the dashboard and provide after sales support.
* Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM; report weekly on calls, demos and conversions.

We are looking for somewhere who is self driven and there is no hand holding required. The requirements of the application is designed to evaluate the same.

This is an individual contributor role which can evolve into a leadership role. We are an early stage company, you have ample opportunities to grow.

Paid, not unpaid work: 30% finder's fee on the first year's subscription value of each verified signup, paid whether or not you're ultimately hired.

Properties sign up directly on Open Stays' own public, fixed-price signup page - you don't handle pricing negotiations or customer data yourself.

Each reported sale is manually verified by our team before the finder's fee is paid.

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
It is essential for a sales person to have skin in the game. Variable pay is indicative and would be a percentage of your sales amount, which would be uncapped. If you think you can sell our product and if you are proven it before applying, you should be confident on the variable pay.
