- Lead and manage the Agency Sales team to achieve business targets.
- Recruit, develop, and manage Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Drive advisor activation, productivity, and business performance.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits, advisor meetings, and performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships with advisors and support them in generating recent business.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in Life Insurance Agency / Agency Sales.
- Strong experience in Advisor Recruitment, Development & Team Handling.
- Proven experience in achieving sales and business targets.
