We are hiring a skilled Service Now Sec Ops Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Security Operations (Sec Ops) modules in Service Now and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure Service Now Sec Ops modules: Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence
- Integrate Sec Ops with threat intelligence platforms, CMDB, and vulnerability scanners
- Customize workflows, automation, and playbooks for security incident handling and vulnerability remediation
- Collaborate with security teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Service Now solutions
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting in existing Sec Ops implementations
- Ensure alignment with ITSM processes and Service Now best practices

Required Skills:





- 5+ years of Service Now experience with at least 2 years in Sec Ops
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, processes, and tools
- Experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence modules
- Familiarity with CMDB, MID Server, and integrations with external tools
- Robust scripting and troubleshooting skills in Service Now
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
