- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals and other hiring platforms.
- Build candidate pipelines based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls covering experience, motivation, notice period, salary expectations and location.
- Prepare short candidate summaries highlighting their suitability for the role.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients and the internal team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support offer discussions, documentation and joining follow-ups.
- Participate in client briefing calls and understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate trackers/ATS and keep recruitment data updated.
- Track the recruitment funnel from sourcing to offer stage.
- Work on hiring for various startup roles across Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Founder's Office and other functions.

Pay: ₹10,323.13 - ₹20,000.00 per month
